What is the process to establish a partnership with Happy Place Services?
- Fill in the contact form on our website to express your interest.
- We will then contact you to discuss your wishes and the possible options.
- We will then schedule an on-site visit to sign the partnership agreement and receive the key(s).
- From that moment on, you can trust us with peace of mind and fully enjoy your holiday home!
Can we order extra services without a keyholding package?
No, additional services can only be added as a supplement to one of our keyholding packages. The basis of our cooperation always starts with the choice of a suitable package for keyholding.
What is included in the keyholding packages?
All details regarding the different keyholding packages can be found on our Keyholding page. Choose your package and click for more detailed information.
What if my house is outside your region?
Don't worry! Happy Place Services will discuss the possibilities for cooperation with you. Get in touch with us using the contact form and we will provide you with all the necessary information about prices and other questions.
What are the criteria for the listed prices?
The prices listed are based on holiday homes that meet the following criteria:
- Apartment or house with 1/2 bedrooms and 1/2 bathrooms
- 1 small terrace included
- Rooftop terrace not included (at extra cost)

When do I have to pay?
The payments for keyholding and additional services can be made quarterly or annually. The payment must be done no later than eight calendar days after the invoice date. The execution of our services will begin once we have received your payment.
