With our Happy Place Basic With our Happy Place Basic package, we ensure that your holiday home is always accessible, even when you are not there. This way, you do not have to worry about unexpected situations. Just imagine:

  • You close the door behind you, but the keys are still inside.
  • You arrive in Spain and realize you left your keys at home.
  • Something needs to be done in your home, such as a delivery or a repair.
  • Tenants must be welcomed and provided with keys.

Key storage

  • We store your keys in a secure environment.
  • This way you can be sure that everything is properly arranged, even during your absence.

Providing keys

  • Based on your written confirmation, we provide the keys to:
    • Yourself
    • Visiting guests
    • Tenants
    • Third parties
  • Keys can be collected at our address.
  • Optional: personal delivery @home (subject to an additional fee – to be discussed).
