Have you chosen one of our keyholding packages, but still want your tenants or guests to be personally welcomed? We are happy to assist with that as well.

Happy Place Services provides:

• Personal welcome:
  • We welcome your tenants or guests.
  • Wij geven een korte, maar duidelijke uitleg over de belangrijkste zaken en handige weetjes.
• Check-out service:
  • We will collect the keys upon departure.
  • Simultaneously, we carry out an inspection of the property.
• Aftercare:
  • Following each check-out, we provide a comprehensive report of our observations.
• Availability
  • We are available for check-in/out from 8 am till 8 pm.
  • Beyond these hours:
    • Keys are made available through a key box.
    • Tenants return the keys to our letterbox when departing.
    • We carry out the property inspection the day after.
